24-Hour Inspection Period
All sales are considered final 24 hours after you receive the watch. We provide this window specifically for you to inspect the item for any mechanical or physical defects not mentioned in the original listing.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return within this 24-hour window, the following conditions must be met:

  • Defect Only: Returns are only accepted if the watch has a clear mechanical defect or a significant functional issue.
  • Original Condition: The watch must be in the exact condition it was received, including all original packaging, tags, links, and paperwork.
  • Security Seal: If the watch was shipped with a security tag or seal, it must remain intact and untampered with.

How to Initiate a Return
If you discover a defect, you must visit the showroom within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. Please include your the Invoice and clear photos or video of the issue.

Final Sale
Once the 24-hour window has passed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. We encourage all buyers to review high-resolution photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
